6 Tips for Yoga Beginners Who Want to Start a Practice

Yoga is quickly spreading across America, and the whole world for that matter, as an alternative method for dealing with stress, tension, and pressurizing environment. This ancient technique of mindful movements is quickly becoming the newest trend in self-help, self-motivation, and general fostering of joy and happiness in one’s life.

These are things you may want to remind yourself of whenever you feel that the class is getting difficult, they may also dispel any assumptions you have about yoga. (MORE)
