Hi,
The good thing about meditation is that with it you start to reconnect with yourself first. Once you have established connection with your Self, you are now able to communicate with the Earth and then the Universe. When you’re refilling your body with energy, you are actually healing yourself. This kind of energy healing is quite effective.
