Eliminate Stress with Meditation

If you are an emotional overeater, or if you eat to change moods such as feeling upset, stressed, or a bit down - try giving yourself some peace and comfort by meditating. What is meditation? There are many forms, some are as simple as just closing your eyes and stilling the thoughts in your mind. Others involve prayers or chants.
