I want to become serious about meditation. I feel it is the missing link that keeps me stable, creative and joyful. For me mediation does not feel natural when I am in a pleasant place, but when I'm stressed and busy I don't know how to slow down and clear my mind.
I would love some helpful tips suitable for a beginner.
