Meditate To Improve Concentration and Increase Attention

I would like to share with you a couple of articles that I just read.

The first is a study from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Using a scanner that reveals which parts of the brain are active at any given moment, the researchers found that meditation increased activity in the brain regions used for paying attention and making decisions. The second article is from Science Daily. Researchers at the University of Pennsylvania say that practicing even small doses of daily meditation may improve focus and performance. (click here to read the entire article)
