Walking Meditation: Steps That Nourish Body, Soul
It's Friday morning. I've put out the trash cans for pick-up and put the laundry in the washer. The sun is shining and the thermometer by the front door reads 50 degrees. So I lace up my shoes and decide I have no excuses to keep me from my three-mile walk. Since I intend to also look for signs of spring, I place in my pocket a small notebook and pencil. (More)
