Take a second to think of one person you know who is not affected by stress.
Most of us don't have to ponder the thought for long to realize that the answer is no one. With an ever-increasing number of gadgets and machines that are meant to save time, we find ourselves over-worked, strung-out, and more tired than ever before.
Without coping strategies to handle the stress, a person can easily become physically, mentally, and emotionally ill. One such strategy, which helps bring about a state of relaxation and mental clarity, is meditation. (More)
